We listen carefully to your needs, discuss your goals and our approach.  If Ewing is a fit, we will schedule an on-site consultation with our design and project development team.

Our project development team will meet with all decision-makers on-site to fully understand the space and its potential. We’ll collaborate on ideas, explore your vision, discuss your budget and functional needs. During this consultation, we assess any design and build options from a technical standpoint, considering structural factors, accessibility, budget, material, and feasibility. We’ll take accurate measurements and photos to create precise design concepts and begin developing a cost outline. This meeting ensures that we establish a shared understanding of your vision, project goals, budget, financing needs, and timeline, in order to align our approach with your expectations.

At Ewing, we provide a personalized design experience, collaborating closely with you to bring your vision to life. Using advanced rendering software, we help you explore different styles, layouts, and materials. Your feedback guides the refinement of the design, ensuring it aligns with your preferences, budget, and goals.

Once the design is finalized, we confirm details, selections, and technical feasibility, before moving into contract and planning phase . Our process is built on collaboration, transparency, and clear communication, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to build.

Once the scope and design are finalized, we’ll sign a contract, allowing us to place orders, secure permits and begin a strategic project plan. Ewing utilizes the latest management software to schedule production, track progress, and efficiently manage budgets and deadlines. We’ll walk you through the next steps in the project timeline, construction schedules, and other key milestones.

At this stage, we also discuss any temporary housing needs, clarify the payment schedule, and confirm the project timeline to ensure everything is aligned.

At Ewing, we’re driven by a strong focus on management and execution—we get things done. As construction begins, we assign a dedicated project manager to oversee the entire process. Your project manager will coordinate our carpentry team and trades professionals on-site, acting as your main contact with the Ewing office. Alongside your design professional, they’ll ensure quality control throughout the project. Communication is our top priority, keeping you informed and involved every step of the way.

At this stage, the project is substantially complete, and we want to assure you that we stand behind the quality of our work. Our team will conduct an on-site walkthrough to review every aspect of the project, formalizing a list of any remaining finishes and addressing minor issues. We are also committed to correcting any issues related to defective installations or materials.

We meticulously inspect every detail to ensure that nothing is overlooked, and we handle all warranty-related concerns promptly, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
